The Club of Leaders Good 2 Work with (http://www.good2work.ru and http://www.good2work.com) is a virtual place where leaders of different levels, industries and countries can learn from and about each other in the most innovative and entertaining way - by means of pre-recorded video conversations. The club was established in April 2008.

We discovered that competency based structured interviews which are normally used for executive assessment can, with some modifications and in combination with modern streaming video technologies, serve as powerful leadership development tool. The interview also helps its viewers to get a better understanding of the culture and values of organizations which our participants represent.

The interview, to achieve its target should be only conducted by our consultant or an experienced associate.
