We have over 85 years of combined experience in handling intellectual property (IP) matters on behalf of clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Our clients hire us to develop an IP strategy, to prepare, file, and prosecute patent and trademark applications, and to monetize/licence existing IP.

We believe that IP is an investment that should improve your bottom line, and should not simply be a drain on your cash. As such, we do not subscribe to the philosophy of “filing anything under the sun”. Rather, our approach is to first understand your business and to devise an IP strategy that ensures you do not waste money and time on IP that will not improve your competitive position in the market. Once the IP strategy is in place, we facilitate execution of the strategy using our in-house talent or in some cases using outside talent that we indentify and manage on your behalf. Finally, we complete the IP circle by monetizing/licensing your IP.
