Mentory facilitates 2 types of mentorship. A traditional closed relation between 2 people, and an open mass mentoring model that allows you to broadcast your questions to your existing communities and relevant groups, and collect the answers from the various sources back on Mentory. To use Mentory you create a goal, work on it, invite a mentor to join you or broadcast your question across your social communities. The answers you receive are open, shared and lets anyone participate and learn from the collected knowledge. You can either choose a mentor or protégé on Mentory, or within your existing network.
